My intent is to create a repository of free online content from any source (and/or links to the same) to help Communities of Faith improve their Missional Effectiveness in Australia's increasingly Post-Christendom society. Initially the key themes will be Strategy; SMART thinking (Sharp | Missional | Active | Rigorous | Theological); Foresight; Communications; Discernment; Creative Imagineering & Change Management.

As Curator, I will use my background as a theologically-aware Marketing Communi-cations Professional, Strategic Thinker and Change Activist to:

•Research, aggregate, select, link to, edit, write and publish free online content related to missional effectiveness in 21C Oz

•Manage online content strategy including developing an e-community around the theme

•Review and recommend appropriate books, media, etc
